#1 What do you do when the chain gets dull or needs to be replaced?

Sharpen it with a 5/32 "file

#2 Does this need assembled?

Not so much assembly but there are a few steps that you have to complete prior to your first use such as charging the battery, filling the oil, and tensioning the bar and chain

#3 My 16 inch chainsaw came with a 2.5 amp battery - can I use the greenworks 5 amp battery in it?

Yes! All our 60V batteries can be used interchangeably with our 60V tools. *Some exceptions apply for the 60V 8.0Ah battery. Please note, using a larger battery will increase the weight of the chainsaw

#4 What is maximum size log or branch this cuts

If you are looking to cut logs with one pass, the log needs to be about 2" smaller than the bar. However, there are many techniques to use a chainsaw for larger cuts.
