Annex II RVFSR - Vehicle Structure Integrity
Vehicles shall be designed and constructed in order to be sufficiently robust to withstand
their intended use over their normal lifetime, taking into account regular and scheduled
maintenance and specific equipment adjustments clearly and unambiguously set out in
the operator’s manual provided with the vehicle. The vehicle manufacturer shall provide
a signed statement to this effect.
