INGREDIENTS:
1 cup okra, sliced lengthwise into 4 pieces
¼ tsp kosher salt
½ to ¾ tsp curry powder (depending on your preference)
¼ tsp cornstarch

Toss okra with kosher salt and curry powder. Add cornstarch and toss until
thoroughly mixed. Place in Air Fryer and fry 15 minutes at 400ºF.

DIRECTIONS: (Temperature: 400°F Time: 20 minutes)
Toss corn with canola oil. Sprinkle salt, ancho chile, red chile ake and garlic evenly
on top of corn. Place in one layer in Air Fryer. Fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, ipping ears
halfway through cooking. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, cilantro.
Remove corn from Air Fryer and immediately slather corn with mayonnaise mixture.
Garnish with lime wedges.
