#1 My fridge freezer was fitted about four years ago and it works just fine, but I get a small buildup of ice on the top of the door can someone explain why this is happening.

We would advise to check the temperature and make sure that the door seal in this area is not damaged. if this continues or worsens we would advise to have the appliances assessed by an engineer.

#2 My kitchen fitter has just installed my F/F ki5852fsog It is incredibly hard to open the freezer door, takes all my strength & both hands. Fitter says it’s the vacuum strength. My husband needs both hands to open it too. Is this normal & understandable?

It should not take your full body weight and two hands to open the door. It should not fall open or be easily opened, but from description this sounds like there is an issue. We would advise having the install checked and if they are advising this is okay, please have an engineer attend to fully assess.

#3 Could you explain the settings from 2 to 8 ,does it increase or decrease the temperature from 2 to 8 ?

These are degrees Celsius. Setting 2 is 2°C and setting 8 is 8°C.
