#2 Would this work over a toilet without bottom 2 shelves??
Without the bottom 2 shelves, this should fit.
The height of the 3rd shelf is about 29 inches, with width of
23 inches. I have a standard size toilet and these
measurements seem work out. The 3rd shelf extends
about 9 inches, so you may want to check and make sure
that that the distance from the wall to the
edge of the toilet lid (when in the open position) is a little
greater than 9 inches to prevent the lid rubbing against
bottom of 3rd shelf.
But the unit is definitely sturdy enough to forego bottom
shelves, and there are cross pieces in place that adjoin the
two vertical panels to add to the stability. In short, I believe
this would work.
