#1 How long does dehydrated fruit and veg last? why would you freeze it once it is dehydrated??

Seems to last ages in sealed containers. Never even thought about freezing once it's dehydrated..

#2 Hi there, I wonder is the machine make noise? Thank you

It does make a noise similar to a gentle fan. I generally put it on overnight then wonder what the baking smell is when I come down! But in a good way I am really enjoying mine coming up with all sorts of ideas..loving courgette crisps drizzled with coconut oil .

#3 Hi could I dry mogeling flowers... The one that you put on a cake.

Hi yes I have dried many things but be warned items will colour and if left too long shrivel up to lack of water that's if you use real flowers not sure what modelling flowers are made off

#4 Does one HAVE to “prep” everything, or can you just cut and do, please?

Not sure what you mean by prep everything? I just cut up my fruit and veg and dry it. Only prep is apples and pears I put into salt water first to reduce browning. I haven't make leathers etc as they need prep. Hope that helps
