Use Guide

Before First Use

1. Remove all packaging materials.
2. Wash the stainless steel trays, mesh screens, and fruit roll-up sheet in warm soapy water or place them in the dishwasher.
3. Wipe the exterior of the dehydrator with a damp cloth.
4. Place the dehydrator on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate ventilation.

Operating Instructions

1. Prepare your food (wash, slice, and arrange on trays).
2. Insert the trays into the dehydrator. For thicker items, you may remove one or more trays to increase vertical space.
3. Close the transparent door securely.
4. Plug the dehydrator into a 120V AC outlet.
5. Press the Start button to turn on the unit.
6. Set the desired temperature using the temperature control buttons (range: 95°F – 165°F, in 5°F increments).
7. Set the desired drying time using the timer control buttons (range: 30 minutes – 48 hours, in 30-minute increments).
8. The dehydrator will begin operation. The digital display will show the current temperature and remaining time.
9. When the timer ends, the dehydrator will automatically shut off.
10. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning.

Drying Tips

• For even drying, ensure food pieces are of uniform thickness.
• Do not overlap food items on the trays.
• Use the mesh screens for small items like herbs or spices.
• Use the fruit roll-up sheet for making fruit leathers or as a drip tray.
• Refer to the included recipe book for recommended temperatures and times for different foods.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Always unplug the dehydrator and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Stainless steel trays, mesh screens, and fruit roll-up sheet are dishwasher safe.
• Wipe the interior and exterior of the dehydrator with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the unit in water.
• Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling.
