Riding in Reverse
NOTICE
Your ATV may be equipped with a reverse speed limiter, which helps
the vehicle to maintain a safe speed while riding in reverse gear.

Release the rear brake lever/parking brake lever.
7.
Open the throttle gradually and ride slowly. Do not open the
throttle suddenly or make abrupt turns.
8.
To stop, close the throttle and gradually apply both the front and
rear brakes. Do not abruptly apply the rear brake by itself.
9.
To shift out of reverse and into neutral, raise the shift lever one
stroke to shift into “N” (neutral) gear.
(the neutral indicator is on and the gear position indicator shows
“N”)

Applying only the rear brake abruptly when
operating in reverse gear could cause the
front wheels to lift off the ground and the
ATV could overturn backwards.
Carefully apply both the front and rear brakes
when stopping in reverse gear.
