OPERATING THE OVEN
CONTROL KNOBS
Your double electric wall oven has cooking mode and temperature
control knobs that allow you to select a cooking mode or change the
oven temperature without touching the display screen.
It is critical that you do not place food in the oven
until the preheating cycle is complete.
Start with the oven OFF.
For the Top Oven, use the Control Knobs on the left side of the display
screen.
1. To select a cooking mode, turn the Mode Control Knob clockwise (to
the right) or counterclockwise (to the left) 1/8 turn to scroll through the
cooking modes.
2. When you reach the desired cooking mode, continue operating the
oven using the display screen. Top Oven will be displayed.
3. To increase the oven temperature, turn the Temperature Control Knob
clockwise 1/8 turn to increase the oven temperature in 5 degree
increments.
4. To decrease the oven temperature, turn the Temperature Control
Knob counterclockwise 1/8 turn to increase the oven temperature in 5
degree increments.
For the Bottom Oven, use the Control Knobs on the right side of the
display screen.
1. To select a cooking mode, turn the Mode Control Knob clockwise (to
the right) or counterclockwise (to the left) 1/8 turn to scroll through the
cooking modes.
2. When you reach the desired cooking mode, continue operating the
oven using the display screen. Bottom Oven will be displayed.
3. To increase the oven temperature, turn the Temperature Control Knob
clockwise 1/8 turn to increase the oven temperature in 5 degree
increments.
4. To decrease e the oven temperature, turn the Temperature Control
Knob counterclockwise 1/8 turn to increase the oven temperature in 5
degree increments.
Regardless of the cooking mode you select, your oven
preheats using a combination of the infrared heating
element, the broiling element, and the convection fan.
It is important to allow oven to pre-heat before loading.
Failure to do so can have negative results.
