What do I do if my appliance doesn't work?
PROBLEMS CAUSES SOLUTIONS
The product does not work.
The plug is not in the socket
properly, the control button
(I) is not on "1" or "2".
Connect the appliance to
another socket with the
same voltage, turn the
control button to "1" or "2".
The lid (C) is not properly
locked.
Position the 2 locking clips
(H) on the lid (C) to ensure
that it is properly locked.
The product is giving off a
smell or is very hot to the
touch, is giving off smoke or
making an abnormal noise.
The filter (D) has not been
properly positioned.
The filter (D) has not been
properly positioned.
Too much food is being
processed at the same time.
Leave the appliance to cool
down and then reduce the
quantities.
The flow of juice is slow.
The filter (D) is blocked
Turn off the device, clean
the feeder tube (B) and the
filter (D).
For any other defect or problem, contact your nearest after sales service.

recycled.
When disposing of it, take it to a collection point or an approved
service centre.
