#1 Does the pressure cooker model cook white rice faster or what is the cooking time for white rice?

Normal cooking time for regular white rice is about 52 minutes to 1 hour depends on a setting you choose. There is a quick cooking mode that cooks rice 32-45 minutes, but I have not used the quick cooking mode.

#2 what are the layers of inner pan made of?

The Induction heating models contain a two layer inner pan. The inner layer is made of aluminum with nonstick coating (PTFE) and the outer layer is stainless steel.

#3 The water level instructions are VERY UNCLER. Do I add the appropriate water level before adding the rice or after? There’s no mention in the booklet

Put the rinsed rice (if it needs rinsing in the pot and add the appropriate level of water. If you add a little too much, the cooker will still cook the rice perfectly.

#4 How long to cook white rice and how long to cook brown rice

White: regular, ~50 minutes, umami, ~ 1 hour 10 minutes. Brown, regular, ~ 1 hour 20 minutes; GABA brown, ~3 hours, 19 minutes. Once you learn when you need to start the rice, it's quite easy. (P.S. The estimated cooking times in the manual (p. 15) are pretty accurate.)
