CLEAN THE APPLIANCE PARTS BEFORE USE

Remove the silicone gasket and the interior pot. Wash with water and a non-abrasive sponge

and cleaner. Dry the items. Reinstall the gasket and pot. Make sure the gasket is in tightly

installed in the interior of the lid (both behind and under the metal ring within the lid).

Look at the features diagram to guide you. Reattach the lid if it has been removed.

REMOVING THE LID

A. Removing the Lid: Open the lid by inserting your hand under the molded plastic handle

and turning it to the left it will not move any further. The lid can be removed.

A. To reattach the Lid: The lid can only be inserted one way. The back portion of the pot rim

has a black bar.As you can see the lid has a molded channel that ﬁts over this bar. Line up the

channel with bar on the back of the pot rim. Carefully slide the channel so it slides over and

engages over the bar. Slide it all the way to the right.
