SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Replace any blade that has been damaged. Always make sure blade is installed correctly and
securely fastened before each use. Failure to do so can cause serious injury.
Never cut any material over 5/8 in.
Maintain a rm grip on both handles while cutting with a blade. Keep the blade away from body.
Know how to stop the unit quickly in an emergency.
Do not use trimmer without front handles in place. Keep both hands on handles when the unit is
in use.
If hedge trimmer is equipped with a clipping deector, do not use the clipping deector as a
gripping surface. Disconnect the plug from power source before making any adjustments,
changing accessories, or storing the hedge trimmer. Such preventive safety measures reduce
the risk of starting the product accidentally.
Save these instructions. Refer to them frequently and use them to instruct others who may use
