The appliance may produce an unpleasant smell or emit a
little smoke if it has been used too long. In this case you
should switch off the appliance and let it cool down for 60
minutes. If the problem persists, please contact the nearest

Can I process boiling hot
ingredients?
Let the ingredients cool down to approx. 80°C/175°F before
you process them.
Which size should the
ingredients have before I process
them?
Cut the ingredients into pieces of approx. 2x2cm.
Is it possible to damage the
appliance by processing very
hard ingredients?
Yes, the appliance may get damaged if you process very hard
ingredients such as bones and fruit with stones. However, the
appliance is suitable for processing ingredients like Parmesan
cheese or chocolate.
Why does the appliance
suddenly stop working?
Some hard ingredients may block the blade unit. Release the
on/off button, unplug the appliance, detach the motor unit and
remove the ingredients that block the blade unit.
Recipes

Ingredients:
- 120g honey
- 100g prunes
1 Put the honey in the fridge for several hours.
2 Put the prunes in the chopper bowl and spoon honey over them.
3 Press the turbo speed button and chop for 5 seconds.
Pesto
Ingredients:
- 50g Parmesan cheese
- 10g garlic
- 50g basil
- 50g pine nuts
- 100ml olive oil
- Salt
1 Cut the cheese into small pieces (1 x 1cm).
2 Peel the garlic, wash the basil leaves and shake them dry.
3 Put all ingredients in the beaker.
4 Press the turbo speed button and process the ingredients until they have turned into a paste.
