01 Oven modes: Activates each oven mode (Convection Bake, Convection Roast,
Bake or Broil).
02 Keep Warm: Keep Cooked food warm at lower temperature at 175 °F (80 °C).
03 Bread Proof: Activates the Bread Proof function.
04 Dehydrate: Activates the Dehydrate function.
05 Self Clean: Burn off food residues in the oven at very high temperatures.
06 Smart Control: Activates the Easy connection.
07 Timer: Activates or deactivates the timer.
08 Cook Time: Set the cooking time.
09 Delay Start: Set the oven to start at a certain time.
10 Oven Light: Turn on/Turn off the oven light.
11 Numbers: Use to set the times, temperatures, or presets.
12 Clock: Set the clock time.
13 Lock: Press and hold for 3 seconds to lock the control panel and the door to
prevent accidents.
14 OFF/CLEAR: Cancel the current operation but not the timer.
15 START/SET: Start a function or set the time.
Before you start
You should know about the following features and components before you use
your range for the rst time.
Clock
You must set the clock correctly to ensure the automatic features work properly.
This product supports two time formats: 12-hour (default) and 24-hour. To change
time format, see page 31.

2. To select AM/PM, press again.
3. Enter the current time using the number pad.
4. Press START/SET to conrm the settings.
NOTE
You can set/change the clock or the kitchen timer before you start a cooking mode
or while most cooking modes are operating. However, you cannot set or change
the time if a time based function is operating (Time Bake, for example) or the
Sabbath option is enabled.
