For Horizontal or Vertical ducting, the
respective exhaust knockout must be
removed. Each knockout is attached
to the rangehood by four points. Us-
ing a at blade screwdriver or utility
knife, remove the exhaust knockout.
Save this plate as it must be used to
block the ductless exhaust grill. Figure
shows the location of the knockouts
for both horizontal and vertical. ONLY
ONE must be removed.
Remove the central support and
control box by removing the screws
indicated in gure. It is not necessary
to remove the blower to perform this
operation.
Attach the cover behind the exhaust
grate with two silver screws 12e sup-
plied with the rangehood.
