IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - FOR USING NAILERS
INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO A RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS
General
To reduce the risks of electric shock, re, and injury to persons, READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE
USING THE TOOL.
DANGER
1. OPERATORS AND OTHERS IN WORK AREA
MUST WEAR EYE PROTECTION (SAFETY
GLASSES WITH SIDE SHIELDS).
When operating the Nailer, always wear
safety glasses with side shields, and
make sure others in work area wear
safety glasses, too.
Safety glasses must conform to the
requirements of American National
Standards Institute, ANSI Z87.1 and
provide protection against ying particles
both from the front and side.
The employer must enforce the use of safety glasses
by the Nailer operator and others in work area.
2. NEVER USE OXYGEN OR OTHER BOTTLED
GASES. EXPLOSION MAY OCCUR.
Never use oxygen, combustible gases
or any other bottled gases as a power
source for the Nailer.
Use of the above gases is dangerous, as
the Nailer will explode.
Use only clean, dry, regulated
compressed air.
3. NEVER DRIVE NAILS INTO METAL OR
CONCRETE.
If the nail is driven into metal or concrete directly, it
could ricochet and hurt yourself as well as others.
4. ALWAYS BE AWARE OF POSITION OF FIRING
HEAD.
When the ring head is pointed away from work
surface, injuries can occur.
5. KEEP THE TOOL ALIGNED WITH THE PRE-
PUNCHED METAL HOLE WHEN FIRING.

Insert the nail point in direct alignment to the pre-
punched metal hole.
Do not align with the surface at an angle of less than
50 degrees.
