Hoover BH53354V Questions and Answers

#1 What is the battery mAH? How long is the runtime?

This vacuum comes with a 4Ah battery and can run up to 45 minutes! With the ONEPWR network, you can buy additional batteries for continuous run time. For any additional questions about Blade MAX, or any ONEPWR product, please email us at [email protected]. - Thanks! - Hayden, The Hoover Team

#2 Does this vacuum have a lot of suction power?

Yes, it does. However, if you use it at full power the battery charge only lasts between 10 and 15 minutes. I mostly use it in the “Eco” mode which uses much less power (but less suction) and works well for most of my regular cleaning needs.

#3 Does this vacuum stand up on its own?

No! It does not stand up on its own. There's no need for it to.
There's an attachment to the wall you can hang it from.

#4 Does anyone know where to find the serial number on this vac? Not on the plate with the model number, and can't find anything else online.

There are two different parts of this unit that have a MFG Code (serial number). One was on the handheld device. The other one is on the brush head attachment. On the product the serial number is called MFG code.

#5 Why when powering on is the eco button flashes and the motor does not come on?

Mine done that also not sure why other than it is a aweful product does not work like they describe

#6 Dirt falls back out after turning it off ?

If you notice dirt and debris falling out of the nozzle head after use, it is likely there is a clog or blockage causing loss of suction. Here are some helpful tips to improve the suction: check to see if the filter or nozzle is clogged. Turn off the unit and disconnect the nozzle to remove the debris. Also check the hose for any built up debris, and use the handle of a broom to remove. After checking the hose, please be sure to securely connect the hose to your vacuum. We also recommend checking the filter by removing it from your vacuum and tapping out any built up dirt/debris that could be resting on it. Rinse the filter with water until the water runs clear and allow a dry time of 24-36 hours. – OR – We recommend checking to see if your filter is clogged.
