#2 What to do when there is a small screen window in PBP mode?
When the PBP ( Picture By Picture ) mode is activated on the 499P9/xx, and the displayed picture is a small window, please inform the customer as follows:
For PBP mode the recommended resolution is 2560x1440 @ 60Hz.
Please make sure in advanced settings of your operating system that refresh frequency is set to 60Hz. Windows 10 and 7 usually set default refresh frequency to 30Hz which cause that monitor displays the picture in small size.
For Windows 10:
Open (Right mouse click on desktop and choose from context menu) Displays settings
Select Advanced display settings
There is visible what is the picture refresh rate.
If there is 30Hz or 29Hz open graphic cards properties and change the frequency to 60 Hz at Monitor -> Monitor settings tab.
For Windows 7:
Open (Right mouse click on desktop and choose from context menu) Resolution settings
Select Advanced settings
Select Monitor tab in the window which popped up
In the Monitor settings section check which refresh frequency is used.
If needed change the frequency to 60Hz.
