Cuisinart CTG-00-PCH4 Questions and Answers

#1 Does it pulse food items ? Like puree tomato or onion ?

No pulsing. It’s manual & does a fantastic job grinding small pieces of meats chunks of vegetables onions tomatoes peppers etc. I love it for its size quickness of chopping & clean up.

#2 Does this chop hard cheese easily?

I have not tried it with cheese -- only vegetables which it does quite easily.

#3 How do I get the water out of the lid after washing it?

Give it a couple good shakes and let it drain. I always store the lid upside down. No problem
