#1 Will the installers be able to remove my existing oven which is built in between cupboards and under a worktop with a gas hob?

Yes, this is what was done in my kitchen. They will only do this however if you have paid the separate installation cost.

#2 Can you tell me the internal dimensions of the top and bottom ovens pls? Particularly the internal heights!

Top oven Width 48cm, depth 43cm, height 17.5cm
Bottom oven width 48cm, depth 40cm, height 25cm
I measured the actual usable height. From the oven floor up to the element

#3 Can you confirm this is a "Built Under" or "Built in"
Some of the reviews say IT IS BUILT IN

It is both but brackets are needed to make it a built under. It doesn't tell you that and it doesn't come with the brackets.
Luckily for me, my husband and the fitter managed to "bodge it" for me.
