You can set the alarm from LG Lifeband Touch on the app.

Vibration alarm] on LG Fitness app.
If you touch or cover the screen with your hand when the alarm is ringing, [STOP] appears.
Touch [STOP]. The alarm will turn o.
If you do not turn o the alarm, the snooze function works.
