CHARGING YOUR BATTERY PACK
1 Plug in the USB Type-C charging cable (included) into a USB wall charger
(not included).
Note: For optimal charging speed, use the Nintendo Switch Lites AC adapter (not
included). Using a charger without the Power Delivery feature may result in
charging times over ve hours.

the battery pack.
The LED indicator light should start blinking to indicate it is charging.
Each LED represents 33% of the battery charge. When all lights are on
and not blinking, it is fully charged.
Note: The indicator light only indicates the battery pack’s charge level. If you want
to check the battery level of the Switch Lite, check the built-in charging icon on
the top left of the Switch Lite screen while in the home screen.
To install the battery pack:
1 Locate the two sliding switches on the back of the battery pack, then
slide the locking switches to the unlock state and remove the top piece
of the battery pack.
2 Carefully slide your Switch Lite onto the
battery pack. Make sure that you have
the USB Type-C port lined up properly to

Insignia NS-GNSMB Questions and Answers

#1 WIll this work with the regular switch?

No it will not work with the regular switch. It was made for the switch lite. I made that mistake by not reading the box. Hope I can help others by not making the same mistake.

#2 When you plug in the battery to charge does both the lite and the battery charge or only the battery pack? Like how some extended batteries work with phones

The USB Type-C port lets you charge your console while gaming. You can charge this battery even while playing.

#3 Does it need another plug cuz my plug broke?

Any charger cable plug can be used. I didn’t have to buy one.
