#1 Mine was delivered this morning - when I opened the box the
unit was the correct shape and dimensions but was not
stainless steel rather a grey painted unit with warnings about
laser emblazoned all over it. Wrong sub model?
what you have described a plastic grey coating that Bosch shrink
wrap their canopy rangehoods to protect them while in transit. Your
installer will have to remove that protecting cover before it is
installed this will be on all sides, underneath and on the filters.
