Philips offers a 2-year limited warranty on Smart bottles. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component except for battery. The battery is a consumable component and it is not covered by the warranty. The 2-year warranty does not cover any issues related to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss/theft of the bottle.

The Philips GoZero Smart bottle uses UV-C LED technology to purify your water by disinfecting waterborne pathogens by destroying their DNA. With a click of the button, the purification process will be activated and each cycle lasts for 3 minutes. The purification process will be automatically activated every 2 hours with each cycle lasting 10 seconds to keep the bottle clean.

Press the UV-C button once to activate the purification function; the indicator light will flash blue for 3 minutes. You may shake the bottle gently during the purification process to ensure an even result. Enjoy freshly purified water when the light is off.

The Philips GoZero Smart bottle can keep water cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. The bottle itself can be filled with water from 0℃/32.00 ℉-100℃/212°F.
When filled with hot water exceeding 60℃, the UVC-LED function will be automatically locked, so you may not be able to activate the purification process

The Philips hydration bottle can be recharged via a magnetic USB cable and the charging hole is located on the top of the cap. A charging cable is included with your Philips GoZero Smart bottle, inside the packaging box.

Thanks to the UVC-LED technology and the self-cleaning mechanism, the Philips GoZero Smart bottle may be more hygienic than a normal reusable bottle. You may need to clean the bottle when you use it with drinks other than water. We recommend to clean the Philips GoZero Smart bottle with gentle soapy water and the cap with a damp cloth. The bottle is dishwasher safe (max 50℃/122.00 ℉), excluding the cap.
