#1 Can i use this to remive oil from my lawn mower to change the oil?

Not sure about the viscosity limits. I used it to move RV antifreeze. Recommend just getting an electric or handpump meant for oil. Handpump takes time, but oil needs the pressure.

#2 I need to drain a 40 gallon hot water heater and since it will be gravity feed from the heater, will this pump help to empty the tank?

If its in the house it would probably be a big help just to empty it quicker. Other than that you can just connect a hose and drain it dont forget to open the pressure relief valve.

#3 Can you use this to empty a waterbed ?

If the waterbed hole is large enough to allow the intake hose that is slightly larger than 5/8" diameter (.65"), and you would need a regular hose to connect to the output side to get you outside of the bedroom. Either that or a big bucket to carry out several times. And of course, you would need a drill to turn the drill pump.
