USING THE RANGE: Surface Burners

Inspiral Burner

The Inspiral burner uses an inward flame pattern

delivering more even heat to the bottom of the pan as

well as increased heat efficiency. Ideal for medium

and large cookware and wok cooking but not ideal for

simmering delicate foods.

Inspiral burners will produce the most heat when in the

high position and then reduce the amount of heat as you

turn to the simmer position. The burner is supplied with

a copper enamel cap and an alternative black enamel

cap.

Types of Surface Burners

Round Burner

purposes. Size cookware appropriately to the

flames.

Multi-ring Burner

simmering applications.

Inspiral Burner

is ideal for medium and large cookware

and wok cooking but not ideal for delicate

Multi-Ring Burner

The Multi-Ring Burner has an inner and outer ring of

flame. For large cookware, activate all rings by setting

the burner between Hi and Med.

For small cookware or low heating applications, only

activate the inner rings by setting the burner between Lo

and Sim.
