Openthebackcover.Removetheplasticbatterysleeveandinsert8nos.UM‐1cellswithcorrect
polarity,insertthesleeveintothebatterycompartmentaccordingtotheinstructionsinthe
compartment.Oryoucaninserttherechargeablebatterywe offer,besuretoinserttheblack
anddouble‐orificeplugintothejackinthebatterycompartment.Thenclosethebackcover
untilitlocks.Nowyourmegaphoneisreadyforaction!
Toactivatemegaphone,pressthebuttononthegripwhenholdingitinhandafterfixingthe
hangerinlettotheMixfixing
hangerorswitchthebuttonto‘TALK’whencarryingitonthe
shoulder.
Whenusingthemegaphone,placeyourlipsascloseaspossibletothemegaphoneonthe
hangerinlet.Adjustthevolumeaccordinglywithoutcausinganyhowlingorinterference
feedback.
Switchthebuttonto‘TALK’
andpressthe‘SIREN’buttontoactivateemergencysiren/Toturn
offthesiren,switchbackthesamebuttonto’OFF’orpressthe‘SIREN’buttonagain.
Beforerecording,switchthebuttonto‘TALK’andpr essthe‘REC’button,thenthe‘REC’
indicatorlightwillbeon.Nowthe
recordingfunctionisready.Speaktothemicrophoneonthe
hangerinlettorecord.Tofinishorstoptherecording,justpressthe‘REC’buttonagain.The

‐Whenthemegaphoneisnotinuseforalongperiodoftime,removethedrycellsandreplace.
