BEFORE LEAVING
When the installation is complete, always check for gas leaks using a soapy solution. Never use a flame to
make this check. Ignite all burners on high flame to ensure correct operation of gas valves, burners and
ignition. Turn gas taps to low flame position and observe each burner to ensure they ignite completely at all
ports and that the flame is stable. Conduct these checks for each burner individually and concurrently.
Turn on each hob zone to check that all elements are functioning correctly. Remove all packaging and
combustible items from the oven. Turn on the oven selector switch and thermostat knob to check that the
oven is functional on all modes.
When satisfied with the appliance, please instruct the user on the correct method of operation. In case the
appliance fails to operate correctly after all checks have been carried out, please call the Bertazzoni Service
Centre.
Adaptation to different Before performing any maintenance operation, disconnect the appliance from

Replacing the gas nozzles to operate with another type of gas:
Follow the instructions below to change the burner nozzles on the work
surface:
- Isolate the appliance from the electric outlet to avoid any type of electric contact.
- Remove the grids from the work surface.
- Remove the burners.
- Unscrew the nozzles using a 7 mm spanner, and replace them (Fig.4) with those
needed for the new type of gas accordingly.

Follow the instructions below to change the oven burner nozzle (model 90x60
single oven):
- Remove the oven level (Fig.5).
- Loosen the screw V and pull out the burner from the support being careful not to
damage the ignition plug and the thermocouple (Fig. 6).
- Unscrew the nozzle R using a 10 mm spanner and replace it with the nozzle
needed for the new type of gas accordingly.
