Note: If ingredients to be processed
become jammed in the food slicer and
chipper, switch off the food processor and
pull out the mains plug. Wait until the drive
comes to a standstill. Remove cover from
the food slicer and chipper and empty the
filling shaft.
After using the appliance
Switch off the appliance with the
rotary switch.
Rotate food slicer and chipper in a
clockwise direction and remove.
Remove the cover by rotating it in a
clockwise direction.
Remove disc and driver.
Empty sliced and shredded ingredients.
Clean parts.
Cleaning and servicing

Before working on the appliance, pull out
the mains plug.
Caution!
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
Surfaces may be damaged.
All plastic parts are dishwasher-proof.
Do not wedge plastic parts in the
dishwasher as they could warp. Aluminium
has a tendency to discolour in the
dishwasher. Therefore, wash aluminium
parts by hand only and dry immediately.
The bowl can be cleaned thoroughly
by removing the shaft. To do this, press
forcefully against the side of the shaft until
the gear rim disengages (Fig. C). To insert,
press down until it engages.

Chipper disc
For slicing raw potatoes.
W Caution!
The inserted blades must be face up.
Note the mark on the disc.
Do not top up ingredients until the drive
is at a standstill.
Place potatoes in the filling shaft.
Turn switch to 3.
Add more potatoes with the pusher.
