Philips ADD4902BK/10 Questions and Answers

#1 How do I store sparkling water?

Sparkling water can be kept at room temperature or placed in a non-freezing area of the refrigerator. Please drink it as soon as possible. The carbonation will gradually weaken in 2-3 hours.

#2 When should I change the cylinder?

If, when you press the button normally, the sound is low or no sound is emitted, it means that the gas has been used up and you need to replace it with a new one.

#3 Can I put jam, juice and wine into the water bottle for carbonation?

It is strictly forbidden to carbonate jams, juices and wines in the water bottle. You may use any type of water that you would typically drink at home. However, we do recommend using clean COLD water to achieve the best results.

#4 How much sparkling water can be made per cylinder?

1. The capacity of each cylinder is 425 g. Each cylinder can produce up to 60 L of sparkling water depending on the carbonation level.
2. The using time of the CO2 is determined by the frequency of usage. Please take the empty cylinder to the retailer to exchange for a refill.

#5 During the carbonating process, water spray or water leakage occurs. What should I do?

There may be a few possible situations:
1. The water bottle is not tightened. Please check if the water bottle is tightened.
2. The amount of water in the water bottle exceeds the maximum water line. Especially in summer, if the water volume exceeds the water line, it is easy to cause water spray or leakage at the bottleneck.
