Collects dripping juices. The oven tray must not
be used for cooking modes other than Grill and
fan-assisted grill (It causes a heat shield between
the bottom and the top of the oven cavity). Do not
place anything on the bottom of the oven (risk of
enamel warping). In the event of non-compliance
with these recommendations, we cannot be held
in any way responsible.
Preheating is not necessary for cooking modes
using the roasting jack. Cooking using the roasting
jack should be done with the oven door closed.
The energy saving is of 90-95% compared with
the traditional system.
• Unscrew the prongs
• Insert the spit into the joint of meat
• Secure the joint in place using the prongs
• Tighten the screws
• Insert the spit in the slot housing the motor
• Remove the handle

2.3 First-time use
INITIAL CLEANING must be carried out before first-time use: wipe all the external surfaces of the
appliance with a soft damp cloth. Clean the oven interior and the accessories with a sponge and
washing-up liquid. Rinse and leave to dry. Heat the oven empty for at least an hour at maximum
temperature to eliminate the new appliance smell. Air the room thoroughly during this process.
