#1 I only have 10 cents. both sides available for ambilight, and 30 cents. In height. Will it still be okay?

50 cm is recommended, but you can try it out.

#2 is it possible to watch blu ray movies in mkv format on external hard drive?

Yes, it is possible. In the instruction for use, it says:
Blu-ray Disc Player: Use a high-speed HDMI cable to connect the Blu-ray Disc player to the TV. If your Blu-ray Disc player has EasyLink HDMI CEC, you can operate the player with the TV remote control. In Help, press the red colored Keywords button and search for EasyLink HDMI CEC for more information.

#3 Placed on the pedestal on the piece of furniture, how much distance is left behind from the panel to the wall?

The pedestal is 23.6cm long and the Ambiligh TV's LEDs should be 15-20cm from the wall for a better experience.
