LIMITED WARRANTY/
GARANTIE NESPRESSO
Nespresso warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and Nespresso requires
presentation of the original proof of purchase to ascertain the date. During the warranty period, Nespresso will either repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product at no charge
of the owner. Replacement products or repaired parts will be warranted only for the unexpired portion of the original warranty or six months, whichever is greater. This limited warranty
does not apply to any defect resulting from negligence, accident, misuse, or any other reason beyond Nespresso’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: Normal wear and tear,
negligence or failure to follow the product instructions, improper or inadequate maintenance, calcium deposits; connection to improper power supply; unauthorized product modification or
repair; use for commercial purposes, fire, lightning, flood or other external causes.
This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase or in such other countries where Nespresso sells or services the same model with identical technical specifications. Warranty service
outside the country of purchase is limited to the terms and conditions of the corresponding warranty in the country of service.
Should the cost of repairs or replacement not be covered by this warranty, Nespresso will advise the owner and the cost shall be charged to the owner. This limited warranty shall be the full
extent of Nespresso’s liability however caused. Except to the extent allowed by applicable law, the terms of this limited warranty do not exclude, restrict or modify the mandatory statutory
rights applicable to the sale of this product and are in addition to those rights. If you believe your product is defective, contact Nespresso for instructions on how to proceed with a repair.

Nespresso garantit ce produit contre tout défaut matériel ou de fabrication pendant une période d’un an à compter de la date d’achat. Pour confirmer cee date, Nespresso exige la
présentation d’une preuve d’achat originale. Pendant la période de garantie, Nespresso répare ou remplace, à sa discrétion, tout produit défectueux sans frais supplémentaires pour le
propriétaire. Les produits de remplacement ou les pièces réparées sont uniquement garantis pour la part non expirée de la garantie initiale ou pendant six mois, la durée retenue étant
la plus longue. Cee garantie limitée ne s’applique pas en cas de défaut résultant de la négligence, d’un accident, d’un usage incorrect ou de toute autre raison échappant au contrôle
de Nespresso, notamment: Usure normale, négligence ou défaut de se conformer aux directives d’utilisation, entretien incorrect ou insusant, dépôts calcaires, branchement incorrect,
modification ou réparation non autorisée, usage à des fins commerciales, incendie, foudre, inondation ou autre cause externe.
Cee garantie est valable uniquement dans le pays d’achat ou dans d’autres pays où Nespresso vend ou entretient le même modèle, avec des spécifications techniques identiques. Le
service de garantie en dehors du pays d’achat est limité aux conditions de la garantie correspondante dans le pays de service.
Lorsque les coûts de la réparation ou du remplacement ne sont pas couverts par cee garantie, Nespresso en avise le propriétaire et les coûts sont à la charge du propriétaire. Cee
garantie limitée représente l’étendue de la responsabilité de Nespresso quelle qu’en soit la cause. Sauf dans la mesure où cela est prévu par la législation en vigueur, les conditions de cee
garantie limitée n’excluent, ni ne restreignent, ni ne modifient les droits légaux obligatoires relatifs à votre achat du produit, voire y sont complémentaires. Si vous pensez que votre produit
