OPERATING & SAFETY INSTRUCTION:
1. Read the instructions carefully before using the lamp.
2. Check the local voltage before using the product. Plug in the appliance under normal input
voltage (please ensure the power is off before plugging in the appliance). To Switch ON the
lamp press the touch switch and wait for 10 seconds for the lamp to power ON (the appliance
will notify with sounds before starting). Built with 30 minutes timer function, when the lamp is
powered on it works only for 30 minutes and turns off automatically by timer. The appliance
can be powered off before the timer limit of 30 minutes by pressing the touch switch or by
pulling out the plug to cut the power supply.
3. Humans and animals should not be near the lamp once it has been powered ON.
4. Avoid looking directly into the light. Avoid eye and skin exposure to unshielded product.
Use only in an enclosed environment which shields
users from the radiation. During sterilization, human and animal must get out from the place.
Absorbing too much ultraviolet light can cause skin irritation and conjunctival damage
5. The lamp is with ozone which is an unstable toxic gas with a pungent odor and powerful
oxidizing properties. Exposure in high levels to ozone may cause harm to humans.
6. After sterilization it is advised to ventilate the place for 20-30 minutes. The lamp emits
ozone, intense exposure of which is harmful.
7. Repairs should be carried out by the manufacturer or qualified electricians ONLY. Never
remove any fixed part of the appliance to make any internal adjustment. If the supply cord of
the lamp or other part of appliance is damaged, the manufacturer or its service agent or
similarly qualified person must replace it in order to avoid a hazard.
8. Unplug the lamp before cleaning. Make sure the to clean the lamp(tube). Any dusty or
stains on the glass would affect the sterilization.
Do not use alcohol, gasoline or chemicals to clean the appliance. Be sure to cut off the
electricity when cleaning and repairing the appliance.
9. Make sure that your local voltage and frequency should be suitable for the lamp.
10.This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physi-
cal, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
11. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
12. The appliance is for indoor use only. The appliance is not to be used in locations where
flammable vapors or explosive dust is likely to exist. Hang or mount the appliance on a place
where children can’t reach.
13. The light emitting by UVC lamp might cause aging effect. Once it is powered ON, please
keep away valuable things and dark color things from lamp. Long-time lighting exposure to
valuable and dark color things would cause the color to fade.
14. NON WATER-PROOF, Please DO NOT wash by using water. DO NOT place the lamp in rain.
15. During sterilization, please make sure humans and animals must get out from the place.
16. The tubes on the UVC lamp are easily replaceable.
WARNING!
THE DISINFECTION LAMP EMITS UVC AND OZONE. DURING THE WORKING OF THE LAMP,
HUMAN AND ANIMAL MUST GET OUT FROM THE PLACE. AVOID LOOKING DIRECTLY INTO
THE LIGHT. AFTER STERILIZATION IT IS ADVISED TO VENTILATE THE PLACE FOR 20-30
MINUTES. THE LAMP EMITS OZONE, INTENSE EXPOSURE OF WHICH IS HARMFUL.
