Womow for purchases made in the United Stated warrants this product against defects in material or
workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase when untilized for normal
household use, subject to the following conditions, exclusions and exceptions. The 1-Year Limited
Warranty only applies to purchases made from Womow and authorized retailers of Womow. Warranty
coverage applies to the original owner and to the original battery only and is not transferable.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the
item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Womow’s
warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

● Items must include original packaging
● For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
● For non-quality related warranty claims, Womow refunds the cost of the product itself
● Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It
is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this
30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Womow’s online stores, please contact
retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.
WHAT IS COVERED ?
Your Womow machine has a 1-year warranty against original defects in material and workmanship. This
warranty provides, at no extra cost to you, all labor and parts necessary to ensure your machine is in
proper operating condition during the warranty period.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED ?
Machines purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
Items that have expired their warranty period.
Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse and/or lack of maintenance or use not in accordance with
the Womow Instruction Manual.
Use of the machine other than for normal domestic purposes within the United States, e.g. for commer-
cial or rental purposes.
Use of parts not in accordance with the Womow Instruction Manual.
Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by Womow.
Repairs, alterations or modifications carried out by unauthorized parties or agents.
Normal wear and tear, including normal wearing parts, such as dust bin, belt, HEPA, brush bar, hose
assembly and power cord (or where external damage or abuse is diagnosed), carpet or damage due to
use not in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
Reduction in battery discharge time due to battery age or misuse.

Disposal
If the device is to be disposed of, the batteries should be removed. Used batteries
should never be disposed of with household waste. These should always be taken to a
recycling station.

been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision

domestic use only.
03.Do not pull on the connection cord,
but rather on the plug, to separate the
appliance from the mains.
04. Do not use outdoor.
05. Do not leave the appliance
unattended when it is switched on, as
this may be a source of danger.
06. Stand the appliance on a table or
flat surface.
07. If the supply cord is damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.

banned, otherwise the vacuum cleaner
will be damaged or fire calamity will be
caused, which bring such accidents as
human body injuries:
● Don’t pick up large or sharp broken
such as glasses,
● Don’t pick up harming or erodent
liquids (solvent, corrosive, detergent…),
● Don’t pick up inflammable or
explosive substance such as gasoline or
alcohol.
09. Check the device and connections
regularly for visible damage. The device
must not be used if the housing
damaged or other damage is present.
10. Never attempt to open the device
or the mains charger yourself or to
replace the connecting cable. Always
have repairs to the device carried out by
a specialist workshop. There is consider-
able danger to the user if repairs are
faulty.
11. Do not trap the mains charger
cable and when using the charger, pay
attention to where the cable is to
prevent any danger of tripping over it.
Keep the cable away from heated
surfaces (e.g. cooker surfaces).
12. Do not touch the mains charger
and cable with wet hands.
13. Do not point the vacuum cleaner
at persons or animals when in opera-
tion.
14. Only use the mains charger on dry
surfaces in buildings.
15. Only use the device with the
accessories supplied.
16. Please keep these instructions in a
safe place.

17. The appliance must only be
supplied at safety extra low voltage
corresponding to the marking on the
appliance.
18. This appliance includes Li-ion
batteries; do not incinerate the batteries
or expose to high temperatures, as they
may explode.

If the roller brush needs to be taken out for cleaning, push slip button on the bottom
of brush by finger or a coin, remove slip button as below picture, take out the roller
brush for cleaning.
Reminder: Keep the range button within your eye sight and keep it out of reach of
Children.

Careful cleaning of the dust container
and lters
1. Remove the whole dust container by
pressing the release button.
2. Pulling out the filters and emptying
the contents of the dust container into
dust bin properly.
(The filters can be washed under
running cold water if necessary. Make
sure that filters are completely dry
before installing.)
3. Re-install the components as below

Firstly, Put the cyclone cover into dust
cup, then, re-stall the filters (centrum
filter, combed contton) into cyclone
cover as below picture。
Secondly, Install the dust container
following up the opposite procedures
as detaching the dust container.
Cleaning the dust container, filters and brush after each use is extremely important as
it allows for optimal use of your appliance and eliminates the unpleasantness of bad
smell.
Cleaning the roller brush
If the roller brush becomes blocked or jammed for any reason, the vacuum pressure
will be lower down. The roller brush must need to be cleaned.
First turn off the appliance, then, disconnect the brush from whole unit. You can see
bottom of brush as below, take one small tool like a pair of scissors or a sharp knife to
remove any items such as hairs that may have become entangled.

Notice About Charging
The indicator lights will start to flash
until the battery is fully charged. You
will see 3 solid lights on for 50 seconds
and will be automatically off after that.
The battery will not be charged if the
battery temperature is too high or too
low. Please make sure charge the
appliance and battery under a comfort-
able indoor temperature.
Notice About Discharging
If the battery gets low, 3 indicator lights
will be off gradually.
If the battery temperature exceeds 158
℉ during the normal use, the indicator
lights will keep flashing for 5 seconds.
Then the battery will enter into self-pro-
tection status, it will cut off the power
supply. When the temperature goes
down to 149 ℉ or lower, it will start to
work again.
Using The Vacuum Cleaner
Once your appliance is fully charged.
Remove it from the base, hold it by it’s
handle.
Switch it on by pressing Switch button
on handle or handheld vac for cleaning
job.
After complete the cleaning job, press
the switch button on handle or
handheld vac to switch off the
appliance, before putting it back into
the charging base.
Notes: there are two working speed for
this appliance, after first switch on, it will
run at low speed. After twice pressing
the switch button, the appliance will
run at high speed.
Using The Acessories
Use the motorized brush to clean floors
and carpets.
There are crevice nozzle and small
brush as accessories at the backside of
handle part, install the nozzle firstly,
then install the small brush into crevice
nozzle as below picture for cleaning
narrow, hard to reach places etcs.
You should regularly check that brush
and accessories after each use.
Notes: Remove accessories before
attempting to place the vacuum
cleaner back into it’s base, after use, you
can store the accessories into their
storage on the back side of the body.

1. Install the charging station closely.
2. Install the electrical brush by careful-
ly inserting it into the vacuum
compartment.
3. Place the charging station close to a
mains socket (far away from heat
sources or wet places). Insert the
adaptor into the mains socket and
connect the charging station.

PRODUCT OPERATION
2.Make sure the appliance is set to off, put the charger into base, then, plug it into a wall
socket.
3.The LED light on the handheld vac will start blinking to show that the battery is
charging, when the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator light should glow solid
white (No longer blink)
Notes and tips
●
When the suction power is getting weaker, please charge the battery, or clean the
dustbin, or clean the filter.
●
If the machine is not used for a long time, please ensure it will be fully charged before
use.
1. Put the base on a flat, horizontal,
stable surface that is not exposed to
direct sunlight or humidity, and far from
any heat source.
Notes:
Before first use, the battery must be charged for approximately 5 hours. A fully
charged battery will give approximately 30~50mins of continuous vacuum cleaning.
