Appliance cannot be
switched on or operated.
Malfunction. Disconnect appliance from the power
supply; pull out the mains plug or switch
off the fuse. Wait at least 2 minutes, then
connect the appliance to the power
supply.
Appliance does not start. The mains fuse has tripped. Check mains fuse.
Power cord not inserted. Ensure that the power cord is plugged all
the way into the back of the appliance and
into the socket. Check that the socket
functions.
The appliance door has not been
shut properly.
Close the door.
Programme starts
automatically.
You did not wait until programme
ended.
Perform reset.
Door does not open. The child-proof lock is activated. Press twice in quick succession on the
door in the middle.
Deactivate the child-proof lock (see
chapter “Operating the appliance”).
Door is not set correctly. Set the door correctly as described in the
installation instructions.
Appliance is disconnected from
the mains.
Check mains plug and fuses.
Attach supplied emergency release to
upper right and left of the furniture panel
and open the door by gently pulling the
emergency release.
Door and door seal soiled. Clean door and door seal with a damp
cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
Automatic door opening system
not in home position.
After closing the door, wait one second
until it can be opened again.
Door opens too wide when
activated.
Door is not correctly adjusted. Adjust the door correctly as described in
the installation instructions.
