JBL TUNE 750BTNC Questions and Answers

#1 What are the differences between the 650 models and the 750 models?

There are only few differences between our JBL Tune 650BTNC and our JBL Tune 750BTNC. Our JBL Live 650BTNC is compatible with our My JBL Headphones app has a carrying pouch included and it has a fully covered padded headband compared to our JBL Tune 750 BTNC's headband that only has a pad at the top part. The maximum playtime of our JBL Live 650 BTNC with ANC is 20 hours of playtime while our JBL Tune 750NC with ANC on has 15 hours of playtime.

#2 I cannot pair to my fire hd 10 tablet gen 9, can it be done?

Yes, you can pair your JBL Tune 750 BTNC with your Fire HD 10 Tablet. Here are the steps on how you can pair your headphones:
1. When you turn on your headphones, it goes into pairing mode at once, shown by the blue LED blinking.
2. If your phone is not on when the headphones are switched on, it will wait about 10 seconds with the LED showing a white light, then it will switch to pairing mode, with the LED turning blue, and blinking.
3. If you want to start the pairing mode manually, make sure that the headphones are switched off, then press and hold the on/off button for more than 5 seconds.
4. The headphones will now switch on in pairing mode.

#3 My pc doesn't have bluetooth built in. how can i connect these headphones to my pc? does it come with an adapter?

I'll be honest, it does have the headphone jack so you could plug into the pc/laptop itself but I always use bluetooth because it never sounds good when I use the jack.

#4 What is the type of audio jack used if I want a wired connection to listen to music? It seems the regular ones do not fit?

Great question. JBL cables are 2.5mm for the headphone jack into the headphone and the other end is a 3.5mm that will connect to phone or tablet. If you need another cable to feel free to reach out to JBL customer support.

#5 What is Bluetooth technology?

- Bluetooth technology is a wireless technology that exchanges data (Music etc.) over short distances from a mobile device.
- Bluetooth range depends on your surroundings (reflection from objects) and what chipset is being used (some can go 1 meter, 10 meters or 100 meters).
- Our Bluetooth devices typically supports up to 10 meter distance from the source device.
