If interference occurs during FM
reception
1 While listening to an FM broadcast, press
MENU.
2 Select “R.Mode” and press / to move to the
sub menu, then select “IF” by pressing > or ..
3 Press / then > or . to select the mode, then
press ENTER.
The selected item appears to the right of “IF” in the
display.

4 Press MENU.
The normal display appears.
Function
Maximizes signal reception and improves
sound quality.
Prevents interference from neighboring
stations.
Switches the mode between “Narrow” and
“Wide” automatically.
