Fruit that contain starch such as bananas, papayas, avocados, figs
and mangoes are not suitable for processing in the juicer. Use a food
processor, blender or hand blender to process these fruits.
Do not exert too much pressure on the pusher (A), as this could
affect the quality of the juice. It could also cause the sieve (C)
to come to a halt.
Remove hard seeds from cherries, plums, peaches, etc. The cores
or seeds from fruits like melons, apples and grapes do not have
to be removed.
Remove tough skins from melons, pineapples, cucumbers, potatoes etc.
Soft-skinned and other foods just need washing (apples, pears,
carrots, radishes, lettuce, cabbage, parsley, spinach, grapes,
strawberries, celery etc.).
Insert soft fruits/vegetables slowly to get the most juice.
Vitamins disappear, the sooner you drink your juice, the more
vitamins you will absorb.
When storing the juice for a few hours put it in the refrigerator.
Juice from dark vegetables (broccoli, spinach etc.) or dark vegetables
(beetroot, red cabbage etc.) is extremely strong - always dilute it.
Avoid reaching the Pulp container’s (F) maximum capacity. Otherwise,
the pulp might end up in the sieve (C), juice collector (D), cover (B)
and the juice.
