#1 can this download and play amazon music in standalone mode - meaning not connected to a phone or wife?

Thanks for your question. Currently, only Google Play music can support offline music function. And this function is only compatible for android device now. You can download music through it and the watch will play MP3 and AAC format music with compatible wireless headset connected.

#2 is this a stand alone watch?

You can see calls or messages as notifications in our watch after connecting to your phone. And for Android user, you can even pick up and make phone calls in the Ticwatch directly.
Also, our watch has its own GPS and built-in storage capacity with 512mb RAM, 4G ROM. So it can monitor your heart rate, count your steps, set alarm or do many other things without a phone.
Usually, connecting with your phone via Bluetooth, the watch can be from the phone and still receive notifications for about 10 meters in open area.

It's IP67 water resistant. Support life waterproof, such as splashing water while washing hands or face.
But please do not wear when bathing and swimming.
