answer the call as a regular voice call.

1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access Apps.

Tap
Settings > Co
nnections > Advanced
calling.
l Tap Activate Advanced calling, and follow the
prompts to upgrade.
l Tap Advanced calling, and tap On/Off to
enable the feature HD Voice and Video Calling
or HD Voice only.
