Samsung WD10T654DBN/S1 Questions and Answers

#1 Are the doors on my dryer reversible?

Samsung dryers allow you to reverse the door. This feature can be useful if your dryer is fitted in a position where a left swinging or a right swinging door is not easily accessed.
This feature is offered for select dryers only and not for washing machines or washer dryers. Some dryer models do not offer this feature. Check your user manual for details.

#2 How to find your user manual

The user manual is designed to give you all the inside tips, instructions, and general information you need to get the best performance out of your device. If you’re unable to find your user manual, follow our step-by-step instructions below.
1/ Open the Samsung Support website
2/ Enter your model number into the Product Support search bar
3/ Click on your product in the dropdown. This will open the device page
4/ Scroll down the page until you get to Manuals and Downloads
5/ Click Dowload

#3 How to resolve a 4E or 4C error code on a washing machine

The 4E (4C) error code indicates that the washing machine has detected a problem with the water supply. The most common reason for this error is a blocked or kinked water supply hose. Try the below troubleshooting steps to resolve.
1/ Check the water hose
2/ A problem with the water supply is usually the result of low water pressure or a low flow rate on the mains water supply to the machine. This means that the water feeding into the machine is not flowing with enough force. The water pressure must be between 0.5bar and 8bar.
3/ Fully power off your washing machine at the mains.
4/ Move the machine forward to give access to the water hoses.
5/ Check that there are no kinks or bends in the water hose connected to the machine.
6/ Check the water supply
7/ Check that the water tap connected to the washing machine is open to full.
8/ Clean the water hose mesh filter
9/ Clean the water hose mesh filter at least twice a year to prevent build up.
10/ Clean the dispenser drawer
11/ Occasionally, a 4C check code error message may be displayed if there is a blockage in the dispenser drawer. Follow the steps in our step-by-step guide to clean the detergent drawer.
