The main cooking surface in this offset smoker measures 17.25" x 33.75". Please check the size of your food.

#5 How often do you need to feed it coal? Will it run for 9+ hours without messing with it?

You can feed it coal up to 2-3 times to increase burn time. Allow 10 minutes for coals to ash over before adding more.
