FAQ
1) What devices can you control with Wi-Fi IR remote control?
• You can control TV, fan, Air condi�oner and other IR enabled appliances.
2) What should I do when I cannot control the devices with this remote control?
• Firstly, make sure your mobile devices and the Wi-Fi remote control are adjacent and connected
to the same network. Make sure the Wi-Fi infrared control is always powered ON.
3) Can I control devices through 2G/3G/4G network?
• The Wi-Fi remote control and mobile device are required to share the same Wi-Fi network when
adding Wi-Fi remote control, the first �me, a�er device configura�on is completed, you can
remotely control devices through 2G/3G/4G network. Currently it does not support 5G
4) What should I do when device configura�on process has failed?
• Check whether the remote control is powered ON or not.
• Check whether your mobile device is connected to 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network.
• Check your network connec�vity, make sure the router is working properly.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi password enter is correct when adding remote control.
5) Can the IR remote control be controlled though walls?
• IR is not designed to work through the walls, so make sure there are no obstacles between the
IR remote and IR enabled devices.
6) Unable to use IR remote to control electric device?
• IR remote network is in working condi�on (click any key on the remote control panel on the app
and see whether the indicator light flashes. If it is flashing which mean the device is working
properly.
• Make sure there is no object blocking between IR remote and electric device.
