Samsung LS28AG700NUXXU Questions and Answers

#1 What does DVI mean?

DVI stands for "digital visual interface". DVI cables are most commonly used to transmit video data from older PCs to older monitors (HDMI cables are a more advanced replacement that transmit audio data as well as video, unlike DVI cables).

#2 Is the light on the back changeable or does it have to be blue?

It can be changed, but you won't see it unless the monitor is against the wall. The light is not very bright, and the lights in the front are not very bright either. The RGB lights on this monitor are nothing special.

#3 Can you mount this on a monitor arm??

Yes, but you need to do some research. Not all monitor arms can support the weight and the monitor will droop down and forward.

#4 Is this a good first person shooter monitor

Yes. For the money, this is one of the best monitors money can buy. It FAR exceeds the cheap stuff that is marketed to gamer kids, but has some similar refresh and color optimizations that the pro models have, but is not the price heavy $1500 professional models, out there. I bought one of these from our inventory, for my kid who's on his college sponsored competitive team.
