Fault in the appliance. Abort the preparation programme. Discon-
nect the appliance from the power supply.
Switch the appliance on again. If the
problem persists, contact customer service.

Incorrect pan inserted or pan not
recognised.
Insert the pan properly. If the display
persists for more than 20 seconds,
disconnect the appliance from the power
supply and contact customer service.

The steam pressure function does
not work properly.
Disconnect the appliance from the
power supply and restart. If the problem
persists, contact customer service.

E2, E5, E6 or E7
The appliance has overheated. Disconnect the appliance from the power
supply and allow to cool down. Restart
the appliance once it has cooled down.
Short-circuit in the appliance. Disconnect the appliance from the power
supply and contact customer service.

Mains voltage too high. Contact electricity provider or grid
operator. Have the power supply checked
by an expert.

Communication failure Restart the appliance once it has cooled
down.

When selecting a programme with
a high temperature (e.g. “soft fry”),
unsuitable ingredients have been
added (e.g. water). The programme
is aborted to prevent overpressure.
Remove the unsuitable ingredients
from the pan. Clean pan and then fill
correctly (e.g. with oil for the programme
“soft fry”). Leave the lid open depending
on the programme selected X “List of
preparation programmes” see page 27.
Restart preparation programme.
