SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Keep children away from this appliance when in use.
2. Put on the top cover before connecting the appliance to power to avoid
personal injury caused by boiling water.
3. Do not use this appliance unattended.
4. Put the bowl on the egg shelf, not directly on the heating plate, when
steaming other foods.
5. Place this appliance on a at, non-slip surface and keep away from
surfaces such as carpet or plastic that are aected by heat. Also do not
put objects on top of the appliance that can be dampened and aected
by steam.
6. Do not touch the heating plate directly, and either add water or remove
the power plug if all the water has boiled o.
7. Be cautious and avoid touching steam from the vents to protect against
injuries.
8. Make sure liquid does not enter into any other compartments of the
appliance except for the main cooking chamber.
9. If the appliance and/or its power cord needs servicing, please only service
the appliance with trained personnel from the manufacturer.
10. Please make sure dependents are supervised when using this appliance
and that they understand how to use the appliance safely.
11. Avoid injuries from the pin located on the bottom of the included cup.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
1. Remove the power plug from the wall socket after use.
2. This appliance should always be disconnected from power when not
being used and also prior to assembly, dismantling, cleaning, and
installation or removal of any components.
3. Clean the egg holder and cover with a washing detergent and sponge.
Do not use a hard steel wire to clean this appliance as this can harm the
appliance's surface.
4. Never submerse the appliance in water or other uids. Clean the
appliance's surface with a wet towel. Do not rinse it with water to avoid
the chance of electric shock.
5. Clean the appliance and put it back into its packaging if you do not
intend to use the appliance for an extended period of time. Store it in a
clean, dry location.
