ATTENTION
• The appliance requires adequate ventilation. An opening for ventilation must be provided as
shown on the following pages. A ventilation grate can be applied, if desired. This ventilation
surface allows air to enter the compartment for the optimum combustion. In case of an island
construction, this opening can be at the rear of the island. The grille or ventilation holes are
mandatory in the case of an LPG installation. LP gas is heavier than air; in the event of a leak,
the vent allows the gas to escape from the compartment. The opening for ventilation must
be at least 700 mm x 25 mm and placed in a central position 135 mm below the mounting
surface. (See drawings on the following pages)
