Discovering Switches
With the Switch Discovery fuction of the utility, you can:
Discover the switches in the network.
Configure IP setting for the switch.
Log into the switch.
3.1 Discovering the Switches in the Network
Double click to launch the Unmanaged Pro Configuration Utility, it searches the network
for TP-Link Unmanaged Pro switches automatically. The discovered switches are listed as
below.

Note:
•
The maximum number of the discovered switches is 30.
•
You can click Help in the left bottom to access the TP-Link support website for more help
about the switches, if you have access to the internet.
•
Each time the network environment changes, it is recommended to click Refresh to restart
the switch discovery process.
